Finish This . . . Week 11

With my travels and then a class in between the two trips, I've taken a break from blogging.  In fact, I didn't take any laptop with me on either trip.  I could have used my phone to write a blog post but decided not to do that.

So I'm going to answer last weeks prompts and then I'll go onto this week's prompts:

I add spice to my life by spending time with my boys while making memories.  Both of the trips were road trips with the boys.  Hubby didn't go on either trip.  While we were driving on the second trip, we started a bucket list of places we want to visit.  I love traveling to places and wish I had time and money to do more of it.

Bacon is delicious!  Bacon is also one of Crazy One's favorite foods.

The perfect meal not only fills me up but also feeds my soul.

My favorite food to grill is hot dogs or hamburgers.  We don't grill around here but when I get hot dogs or hamburgers cooked on the grill I'm in heaven.

I beat the heat by staying inside.  I also like wearing sundresses.

Now onto this week's prompts:

I like wearing dresses.  I feel prettier when I wear a dress that fits good.

My most memorable style was when I thought it was cool to wear those shirts with snaps in the crouch area.  It's been 20 years and I still remember doing that.  What was I thinking?
Or it was my black suit with zebra print shirt.  When I wore that my students knew I was  going to have a meeting.

I dress to impress when I wear my nice dresses to work or church.  I have a few dresses that I get compliments on whenever I wear them.

The best style tip I ever received is to have your own style.  My style is casual but function-able.

Three wardrobe staples in my closet are khakis, basic shirts that are one color, and Old Navy jeans.

Three words that describe my style is casual, function-able, and comfortable.

Prompts for WEEK 31 (August 6) are:If I went back to school, I would study
My favorite subject in school
I wish I had paid more attention
The dumbest thing I did in high school was
In high school, I thought I knew

Disney - Day 4 Part 11 (Magic Kingdom) - Main Street, USA, dessert party

Part 10

We walked down Main Street, USA after stopping at the fire station to get cards for the portal game.

By that point, I had been at Magic Kingdom for almost 12 hours and still had some time to go before we left the park.  So I stopped at the Starbucks on Main Street, USA for some coffee.

The boys and Hubby went to play the portal game along Main Street, USA while I took a break to eat the dinner I had packed and to drink my coffee.

Since the Wishes Dessert Party was at the Tomorrowland Terrace, we went over to Tomorrowland.

Hubby and Know-it-All went over to the Buzz Lightyear's Spin while we waited for the dessert party.

As a special treat, Hubby got us tickets for the Wishes Dessert Party which gave us a great view of Cinderella's Castle during the fireworks show.

The desserts were mouthwatering.  Yummy!

I'm going to leave with a picture of my luscious looking desserts.

My next blog post will have the prettiest pictures from the day - fireworks with the Cinderella Castle in the background.

Disney - Day 4 Part 10 (Magic Kingdom) - Goofy, Donald, train, Main Street USA

Part 9

After Know-it-All and I finished with riding Dumbo, we went over to Pete's Silly Sideshow to see Goofy and Donald Duck.

Goofy was going to do a headstand but the handler wouldn't let Goofy so instead Hubby did the headstand.  I only wish he was facing me instead of facing the background.

Next up was visiting Donald Duck:

After we visited Goofy and Donald, we took the train over to Main Street, USA.  We rode the whole loop and then got off the second time we arrived at the Main Street, USA station.

Here are some view of Main Street, USA from the station:

Join us next time, for a walk on Main Street, USA and the dessert party.

Disney - Day 4 Part 9 (Magic Kingdom) - Even more Cinderella's Castle, Storybook Circus, Barnstormer, Dumbo

Part 8

We left Adventureland and walked to New Fantasyland (Storybook Circus).  As we walked by Cinderella's Castle, I had to take a few more pictures of it.

Here are some pics of Storybook Circus:

Hubby got us Fast Passes for the Barnstormer so once we got to Storybook Circus we rode that ride.

Know-it-All and I decided to ride Dumbo the Flying Elephant.  I really like the fact they have a play area in the middle of the queue line with pagers.  For younger guests, it gives them something to do while waiting for the ride.  Know-it-All is a little too old for that though.

Join me next time when we meet Goofy and Donald Duck.  Hubby does something silly when he meets Goofy so that is a must see.
